Keneally played 11 tracks on the vol.1 so I guess there are plenty of other VAI songs he can play to make a few other volumes ;)
Can't wait for the Vol. 2 !!
No doubt it will be great again ! :D :D :D

Well, I'm not certain or anything... but isn't Piano Reductions Keneally's job? I mean he was the one given the task, so i doubt MacAlpine will help...But like I said I'm not certain...It would be cool to hear MacAlpine's versions of Steve's music too.

I'm saying this because MacAlpine has played keyboard for Vai for years now

I don't know about anyone else, but when i bought Piano Reductions Vol.1 and listened to it, i thought it was great, but it was missing one thing... FTLOG!!! I couldn't believe that wasn't on it! So thats the one i want on Vol. 2... And Under it All and Building the Church would all be amazing.

A fan of "Mystery Tracks" are we?

And who said that "The Mysterious Murder of Christian Tiera's Lover" should go on here? How would Keneally do that?!?!

I think that these would make brilliant compositions:

"Answers" (Maybe even done in ragtime style)
"Bad Horsie" (Maybe on a really haunting organ)
"The Boy From Seattle"

I can't remember where I read that but I remembered the whole"reductions" concept was designed to be a different instrument for each volume...but I genuinely think steve has left it aside for now and focuses on zillion of other things RI DVD, "als on steroids" new album, not to mention intensive touring and I don't know how many dozens of other projects he's into.
