I was reading an interview with Joe Satriani in this months Guitarist magazine (From the uk) And interestingly it said that there's gonna be a G3 tour this year! But they werent allowed to reveal the line-up.. SO.
Lets speculate? Anyone with any info would be great. What about you, Mikey? You know something you arent sharing? =P

Hmm... I think there's a chance that we wont see Vai on the next G3.

I actually don't know. He is doing the Zappa tour until late June and then he will be finishing the Metropole CD and DVD and then getting to work on the next album.

I don't think Yngwie will be on it.
Yngwie's Fan Club director did say a couple of weeks ago to "wait and see what Yngwie is cooking up for you". I wouldn't have guessed at a G3, but I suppose it's not out of the question, and I'd love to see him on it again.

Hope Eric Johnson is one of them... bummer about Steve being busy... but, them's the breaks.

I think Eric Johnson and John Petrucci would be interesting.

Bucket head would rule, but I can't see him keeping his ID hidden on that tour from the other guys.
