Vai and Satriani in the Harmony Hut Real Video

#1 Post by AndyW » Thu Apr 17, 2003 6:21 am

About a year or two ago there was a link from an on-line guitar magazine site to a RealVideo of Steve and Joe jamming together in the Harmony Hut. Does anyone still have that link or is there a downloadable version of it available?

kettil,
A thousand thank you's to you.
I've been looking for this since last year when I had to re-build my computer and lost the link.
Thanks again :D

I love the vid, but I hate that it is a real player file. It's somewhere
around 90MB and I only get about 10-15 mins to play before my real
player software shuts it down.

Technically, there is no diffrence between streaming and downloading. Streaming is downloading but it is saved in memory in stead of harddrive.
If it would be illigal to download, you couldn't watch it by streaming either.
The law doesn't make a distinction between the two.
Besides these issues, i'd urge everyone to get hold of it. It is just way to good to let it dissapear in the future. Furhtermore, it would be a kick to see a high-res version on a dvd sometime......

You can tell people how to save it. If they have it for download/stream, then saving it should not be a worry.

peace,
Mikey :)

Ok get STREAMBOXvcr !!

Then you can save the video to your computer easily!!

I used it for so much other stuff as well... its actually my premiere download manager since it resumes etc.

try it!

***** or google should be a place to find it!

it doesn't want to work for me :( it says it cant find the file, and i have no idea where it was saved, cos it didn't give me any option of putting it somwhere..it just downloaded automatically.
