This girl is amazing. I am guessing Steve hasn't ever seen this video because he hasn't burned all his guitars yet and retired. Maybe he can ask her to do a G3 Tour when she's old enough.

:)

It's crazy what these young people can do with focus. I've been practicing "Eugenes Trick Bag" forever and can't play it 1/10th as good as Tina S. I seem to remember a link on YouTube about an 8 year old guitarist from Japan. I'll have to check that out as well.

just type in li-sa-x on youtube.

the fact she is so small and has tiny hands/fingers makes her playing so impressive, paul gilbert thinks so too.

I think it's more of a bit of her being a little full of herself and wanting to show everybody how effortless her guitar skills are. Unless her parents are sadomasochists they probably encouraged her to do what she loves. She appears to have already mastered the guitar at 14 years of age. Her future is more than likely already set. She mas made multiple videos and owns multiple different guitars. So, don't let her fool you with her poh-kuhr face. I think she loves what she is doing. But just my opinion. I could be wrong.

I watched the 8 year old guitarist from Japan and while it's impressive, no doubt, I was more impressed with the Tina S performance. Maybe it's because I am more familiar with the music she is showcasing in her videos. Maybe it's because the audio/video quality seems much more professional. Not taking anything away from the 8 year olds skills. At 14 I am sure she will be very successful as well. Just didn't blow me away as much as Tina S.

Is the little Japanese better at 8 years of age than Tina S was? We can't know that unless she posted videos of herself at that age.

**EDIT**: LOL. I can't use a 5 letter word that represents a popular form card game where people make bets on their cards. The website marks it as SPAM. Hilarious. Good thing I know some phonics.

Maybe im just spoiled by Steve with his "Vai mode" including his clothes, dancing on stage etc.

Funny wordfilter its thought-provoking that Steve is secret admirer of Gaga's music too

There is some crazy talent out there for sure...I mean this Russian kid from a while back is probably the sickest playing by a kid I've ever seen...not a lot of adults can even play like this...

...but you know, having the ability is just a part of it...I've never seen a kid that's been unique somehow that would make me want to listen to more...
