..............of meeting Steve Vai?

I met Steve, Joe Satrini, Jeremy Colsen, Dave Weiner and Billy Sheehan backstage at the BIC while G3 were touring the UK.

I went and spoke to Billy Sheehan, but I was really nervous - I started mumbling and I probably made a fool of myself, but oh well. I feel so special..............

I met him outside the club here in Boston back in March. It was around 10 a.m., and I had him all to myself. Not a soul around. It was an amazing experience.

You have to go if he hits your area. It was amazing. I'm flying to Ireland for his show in Dublin on the 26th of October. I've got me EVO package, so I'm all set.
Don't miss this show.

I just don't know when he hits the Far East though. Hope he can make it later this year or early next year.
PS: Quite surprising to me that Steve is more famous in Taiwan than in America. :?:

I met him and Billy after the Anaheim show in California. Got some autographs, took some pictures, shook some hands...it was the best.

It won't be the last time, either. They were both great individuals.

I plan to give a celebrity an autograph and then say to them them "You'll be telling the story of when you met Simon Collier to your great grand children"

If I had of thought of this plan sooner I could've done it to Vai or Satch.

I saw him in NY, but unfortunately, there was a second show right after, so I didnt get the honor of meeting him. I did meet Eric Sardinas, though.

My son & I did get to shake Steve & Tony's hand on the last tour. Right at the end of the show, they reached down from the stage & shook several people's hands, & our's were in there. :)

Tried to get some guitar picks, but it didn't happen.
