hear any song by him and u will get into him.. my favorites are boston rain melody, windows to the soul. for the love of god, the animal, and lotus feet.

I would say just get Passion & Warfare, but that's because that's how I got into him... The Audience Is Listening is awesome! But then again, Alive In An Ultra World is fantastic as well, so... :)

Passion & Warfare includes simple and boring songs.
That's why it's so easy to get into.

My suggest: try to have his complete discography if you love him!
I'm slowly getting every album that is entirely played by Steve (I've got all his solos records and I'm going back to Zappa's stuff starting with "Tinseltown rebellion" and "You are what you is" and proceeding by release date 8) )

I fully agree with Parker anything will get you into steve he has alot of music though i havin't even heard half of it yet.
