What to expect, what to hope for?
Some say Jem 777 reissue.

I am not sure, Vai always looks for something new. So maybe a Jem 777 upgraded
with some new features?
I would love a 2017 Jem 777 LNG, but the price has a limit. So time will tell.

I got all Guitar Player magazines from 1980-1990 so will see if I can find some old goodies and post here soon.

Here are some old Jem 777 and 77 articles from Guitar Player.
The image quality is not perfect but ok.

Guitar Player October 1987.
A letter with some writing about... something else but THE very first time I
have found anything about Ibanez Jem in Guitar Player. Not 100% sure this is
the very first words about Ibanez Jem... but could be so.

Guitar Player December 1987.
About "Guitar gear 88". Here about Ibanez Jem 777 and NAMM 1987.

Images from the same magazine and Ibanez Jem 777 add with Mr. Vai.

Well known add for some of us. Hard to get the colors 100% right.

Guitar Player May 1988. Steve Vai talks about David Lee Roth LP "Skyscraper"
and the guitars used on that record:

Looks like b2 called it above. I would still rather have one of the originals over these re-issue models.

Looks like the off the shelf price is $3,999.99 each. Not sure if they are a limited run or not?
