If they are so 'exellent', why are you selling it?

I agree with keeping your signal path as short as possible but whenever I play out and don't want to be restricted to standing near my pedalboard, an 18 footer ain't gonna cut it. For home use, an 18 footer is more than fine but not for live use.

+ I use buffers :)

Damn!

I use like a 10ish foot one for live use and I've never had any problems.

This is what I got from the UK distribbuter for Dimarzio:

In a message dated 12/03/2007 17:35:03 GMT Standard Time, A.Sahal@sheffield.ac.uk writes:

Do you stock these cables yet and are you selling to the public?

They were not available at the time we placed our March production order, but I will see if any can be added.
You can buy this type of item direct from us.

More news on the Vai cable:

Currently, the wire for the production models has not yet arrived at DiMarzio. Any cables currently "out there" are for show/demo & use the standard DiMarzio wire (inc Vai's own stage rig!).
I expect to get production models in late April.

Regards,

Steve (Dimarzio UK)
