it LOOKS good but where's the tone gonna be? You need wood for tone and i think its too much for looks than sound.

I heard that the tone should sound amazing. They were surprised that it sounded that good.

Beautiful! Well, I wouldn't expect anything less. I can't wait to see this one in Steve's hands. I'm looking forward to photos of the black one, too. Very exciting!
Can't stop looking at it.

It looks very cool but I wonder how much it will cost and how many will be made? I heard 7,000 for a price which seems high. What happens when the led lights burn out??

It would one hell of a stage guitar with the house lights turned off or way way down and you can see the guitar it would be very cool but just to play around the house its wierd. it dont look to good without it being all lit up.

LEDs don't burn out for a looooooooong time ;)

only if you somehow manage to run them on too high of a voltage but I guess you'd have to try rather hard to get something other than the battery type the slot is desigined for in there, and they might have some kind of limiting system in there for safety anyway (or be running the LEDs at less than full power, leaving a little headroom)

Notice the Jem777LGN hanging on the wall in the background. The first Ibanez Jem and still one of my favorite.

btw, the Jem20th has new pickups also, the "DiMarzio Trans Jem". Check the Jem20th specs.
