Wow, if you buy guitar without knowing how it performs, then i'm very soory for you. what do you judge it on then, looks? you are twisting my words. i said a good setup can make or break the deal with the guitar. generaly guitars at the stores have really REALLY shitty setups and a 1500$ guitar can ...

it's just a simple HS setup on mine, so i'll put the sustainer where it belongs and use the bridge bucker.. and no, it wont be dimarzio. they're on my boycot list as i despise their business practices.. besides, nothing but custom/butique guitars and pickups for me.. i'm spoilt

has been covered, but cant emphasize this enough for a guitar to play good, it has to be set up good. i can give you a wayne or jackson guitar, or even a top of the line ibanez with a shitty setup and then a mexican strat with an excelent setup and you're gonna go head over heels that the strat is b...

just checked the pictures and yea, it's an empty cover

ah, that would make sense that the driver is funtioning as a pickup, cos then the setup turns into a HSS setup basically.

i just started to check out the sustainer system .. hope i can get my hands on one soon hehe

cheers
