Ok some questions. I want to write and record music on a computer and want some opinions. I'm going to get an Apple Powerbook g4 w/ 1.256GB RAM 100GB HD and I was wondering what everyone thought about Pro Logic? I want to be able to write the music into it via notation. Would this be worth my money?...

Both of their shit smells different. None of which smells like roses though - I'm certain. They are different people with different styles who each provided something unique to Steve's lineup. I like them both uniquely for their careers outside of the Vai world but also find their redwood tree size...

Racer X - Scarified I've been making myself learn it the past couple of days. Sitting down with a metronome and playing a couple bars at a time. After 3 days of playing it and 9 hours in total my playing has improved SO much. My sweeping and speed picking is 10x what it was before I started and I si...

It's amazing. I just recently got into Al; I’ve heard about him for a while but never actually heard any of his songs except "Mediterranean Sundance". So most of the songs on the DVD I'm not familiar with, but it is still astonishing to watch him play. His control over dynamics is just breath taking...

The difference between what Vai's music has done and what DT do is the difference between evolution and disjointed change ! Vai's style and music has simply evolved into a very particular and lovely style of music that is Vai. DT just seem to be different with each album, with no obvious link betwe...

personally i'm kind of dissapointed with the new album, i think as a band they are capable of much much more, this album is kind of boring, just straight ahead vocal rock music, sounds kind of commercial too, i was expecting a lot more from a band who we all know is capable of a lot more :( Sounds ...

ULI JON ROTH

The Orchestra stuff his doing now with his Sky Guitar ( 7 string 31-40 frets)
is simply amazing. The best music I've ever heard. That’s just my opinion.
