As i said before, i am not one for collaberations. I like what allan does, ive really gotten into him latly. Mixing them both musically, for me, would be like mixing coca-cola and a sprite. Good sperate but too much together. I enjoy the solo work.

No, what your talking about is right and wrong. An opinion is ones decision of what they 'think' is right or wrong. But not what is right or wrong. What it may be is lack of moderating on the site itself, not in allowing it. I dont think holdsworth is intentionally saying that people should download...

What a strange thread that is, on AH's site. I've got no idea who this Steve Topping is, but he has the right to have his own opinion, of course. It may not be a professional thing to do, but that and his disliking of Vai are both his loss. I don't think it's an issue in any case. What worries me t...

Please, stop it with the vs. Usually bands don't go and face off with each other, they just jam. There's a difference.
However, how can you even comapre the two bands?

Yngwie Malmsteen-Great technique but man play something other than the damn harmonic minor! And stop with all the damn arpeggios! Micheal Angelo-Same as Yngwie. Francesco Fareri-Same as Michael Angelo. Jimi Hendrix-Good but it bothers me how over rated he is. Joe Satriani- I find him very unemotive...

Hi Woody- welcome aboard. I think what people forget is that G3 is a celebration of the guitar - and in celebrating the guitar, you have to celebrate its diversity and the range of expression possible with this amazing and versitile instrument. I think some people had a problem with Fripp because h...
