Oh, one last thing... at the end of it, just before he screams "I'll save you!", you can hear Devin babbling something along the lines of "I won't let anyone hurt you... I won't..." Say, this would make a great movie. "A Boy and His Pig"... I can just see it on the Disney channel. Kind of like a twi...

Hm, yes, that makes sense. "Running ain't about to do anything for you, my little one". Strange song, though. You REALLY have to be in the mood for it. Like I said, slathered in mud. My favorite part is when Devin snarls "I'll rip and slaughter he who takes my pig from me!" Yeah, I think S&R is unde...

I think this song might actually be about someone who is carnally desirous of a pig. Or am I way off base? "Stain my tongue with your mess..." "Sicker than I've ever been when I see myself inside of you..." "Those filthy little lovers...piggy pigs!" Either way, it's really, really... just... whoah. ...

Personally, one of my least favorite things about bands nowadays is that they just go on stage in any old crap they happen to be wearing, especially if they're a rock band of any sort. When you go to see a play, how much would you enjoy it if the actors came on stage in their street clothes? Remembe...

Well, I can personally verify that Steve has said "Kill the Guy With the Ball" is very difficult, physically speaking. Very tough on the wrist.

I'm kind of glad to hear that "P&W" was difficult for him. That makes me want to give up playing slightly less. :)

Oh, and cast my vote for Keith Richards. He's dead enough to qualify for this poll.

I really am loath to indulge in personal attacks, but Adrian White, you are a fool. I know it feels good to bash a universally lauded icon (ie the Boy from Seattle), but your arguments are pretty much laughable. Was Jimi an unschooled and intuitive player? Yes. Is Steve Vai more precise? No question...

I wouldn't worry about it. There is still nothing that compares with my first electric guitar. I've tried others but nothing feels quite like her.

Holy CRAP. Now that, my friends, is what I call attitude.

Was that ever even an actual, working guitar?

Vai would win... more practice with the whammy bar. Yeah, that's one of my favorite things about Steve, he's not afraid to go totally wild... not just on the guitar, but in life too. I like that "Tender Surrender" pic in the ALS book where he's soaking wet and nearly naked in a snowstorm. I w...

I wonder what was in the other one that made them take it off TV. Getting a little graphic with the pain, are we? No, I'm sure Steve would put his foot down on something like that. Devin, however... (Probably actually something quite mundane, like it was too long or something like that.) A...
