i disagree that's just one exercise, Example 9......... go to the next chapter and you'll see actual licks, i don't feel that they're "throughout the book" Example 9 builds right hand speed and left hand dexterity, i think it's a good exercise. i don't see how his exercises could be more "exciting" ...
