I do agree with the general consesus of the forum being a mess.. I wanted to see what everyone thought of the new album and gave up because it took too much effort to get to something relevant! And I also agree with the majority opinion of Joe's new effort... It is, after many patient listens, fairl...

The latest from the Cornford camp is: I just found this on the net from the organizers of the London show, "to explain the situation, Greg Howe was one of the artists that was not confirmed for the C3 show, unlike Richie Kotzen and Guthrie Govan who are confirmed, we apologize for any confusion thi...

I'd say that it's a jam, it's not going to be perfectly together.. But hey, that's your opinion, I'm not going to knock it.

Re: Video footage

Unfortunately, I wasn't there - but I found this video on Youtube today. Including Slash, Pete Yorn, Tom Morello and of course Steve. And the song? What else than the classic G3 all star number: Keep on rocking in the free world: http://youtube.com/watch?v=fw6xhLn03M0 Cool! Good to hear that even w...

Oh man I feel so bad for Steve during For The Love of God. They were playing it so fast and he was making those hand movements to tell the drummer to go the speed limit! I was very, very impressed when he got it all down at that tempo though. The tempo does play a very important role in the song wi...

I picked up the album today and am listening to it as I write.. Good stuff from what I've heard so far. I think it's better than his last effort (Super Colossal) to be honest.

Having said all of this, I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is writing, performing and recording an album or any sort. My only analogous experience is researching for and writing papers etc and the process of trying to be creative and then trying to represent them in the written form, waitin...

But we all agree that we'll be happy with whereever Steve wants to take is music next and that no one is expecting a repeat of any album. Hmmmm....well.....I'd be in favour of avoiding another orchestra project.....but maybe that's just me. Really? I wouldn't have choosen it to be another Orchestra...

I voted "other": "La corde du feu (Fire Strings) for electric guitar and orchestra" It's almost 6 years ago...it's about time  But hey, whatever Steve wants to bring out is good for me :) But I really want to hear Fire Strings!!! I'll admit, that's something I have wanted to hear since I caug...
