Go to Guitar World's forum. Don't take my word for it. I am only a messenger. He wrote more than this on another post in the same thread. Doesn't seem to be any smear agenda here and it seems to me he has heard it. He's a pretty knowedgable guy and goes into detail in another post about different tr...

Here is a review of the new GG album copied from a poster that goes by the name of nmoyrand on the Guitar World forum................................... Just got it and frankly, while fine, it certainly isn't anything awesome by any stretch of the imagination. Sounds like Firkins at time, country sh...

I saw the show last year. I thought the lighting and lazer show was great but the music and rest of the show was lacking big time. Alex Skolnik rules on guitar but I thought the other guitarist Chris C. wasn't very good. His talking between songs was really amatuerish too. He sounded, looked, talked...

That is a medley of a couple of songs. The first riff is from his tune Rain Forest. It is a great song. The second is an instrumental version of one of his earlier vocal tunes called Call to Arms. I think this senseless bashing of MAB is ridiculous. The guy played over the neck faster and cleaner th...

As I am writing this I just finished listening to FTLOG and now its Oooo from The Ultra Zone. I love my IPod! I am in a Vai mood so I went to the forum. As we all know Steve Vai rules. Anyway, I'm a huge MAB fan too. I haven't got Speed Kills 2 yet but I have his other DVD's. They are awesome. There...

I have Katrina Johannson's CD. She's on MAB's label. Katrina can play better than a lot of guys I have heard. She writes really cool tunes and just rips over them. Plus she is hot.

Cachophany rules. Jason Becker and Marty Freidman are both insanely great players. Now ,here is something that might blow your minds. I took FTLOG and played it for my guitar teacher who is a Jazz, Fusion guy and he didn't know it was Steve Vai. he didn't think it was that great. He picked up two ma...

There is a big thread on the Petrucci about this Double video. I would more than 90% of the posts there said the solo was awesome. Here is a post from the Petrucci forum- "Hats off MAB, thats by far one of the best compositional Jams out there. Its not plain ol' scalar runs that most of us are somet...

Amen. I am a huge fan of Petrucci, Yngwie, Gilbert, MAB and of course Mr. Vai. There were recent posts about MAB's double neck that I could'n t believe. MAB's double is amazing. I have seen him do it live several times. He plays a great tune with feel and in ways no one else can. The left handed par...

You didn't even watch the vid. All you did was spout off tired rhetoric about - he has no melody blah blah blah. Watch the video instead of talking trash. He pays tribute to Hendrix, Ozzy, and a bunch of others. I guess they have no melody either right?

Hey dude, I am also a member of MAB's Street Team. Steve Vai and MAB are my fav's. There is no way you could have seen this vid before. They just posted it like yesterday. It is unbelievable that he can do it and make it so musical. Especially where he plays the moving bass on one neck and the lead ...

Also has great tone, and his love for the instrument is evident at all times, overall it ...

MAB's version of Burn is incredible. He has a great vibrato on the song, leaves room for the drums and plays some of the most vicious, non yngwie clone sounding, neo classical solos I have heard in a long, long time. He absolutely smokes Yngwies version to pieces. There are a lot of great reviews of...
