Re: Jem DNA

I know what the problem is... Your DNA is a fake. I have DNA #32 happily sitting on my wall. It has all of the authentication paperwork, and was even played by Steve during one of his tours.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...

Re: 17 January 2009: Alien Guitar Secrets - Fullerton, CA

It was a crazy experience, because every time I looked down, I thought, " Oh my god! EVO!!!!" And every time I looked up, I thought, " Oh my god! STEVE VAI!!!!!!!!!!!!" haha So cool! :) Through what gear did you play? It was just a Legacy Combo amp with a Little alligator volume, and a tuner and st...

Re: 17 January 2009: Alien Guitar Secrets - Fullerton, CA

Thanks! I am seriously considering that. It depends on what happens with the money situation though. I auditioned for Berklee in Boston, and will find out if I got in on the 31st of this month! haha and its pritty expensive, so I might not have much extra money. But either way, somthing cool will co...

Re: 17 January 2009: Alien Guitar Secrets - Fullerton, CA

Cool guys, thanks for all the reviews. I was wondering for those who played Evo and Flo, how did the neck feel? With the Temp necks on them. I was strangely familiar. At first, it was distracting, but you began to generalize the positions of the frets, so you dont even notice it. I didnt see a real...

Re: EVO and the Fillmore

This was the most amazing thing that I have ever seen. I got to play For the Love of God for Steve, and talk to everyone. The entire band was really cool, and other than being crushed by a wave of people when Steve Vai bent down to shake my hand after For the Loveof God, It was an amazing night.

Hey. I just bought one of these and it is on it's way to my house from N.Y. I have a legacy 1/2 stack, but people are telling me that I need a different amp. Is that true? And if so, which one does Steve use? P.S. Hey Mikey! This is Lewis, the kid that had the DNA that Steve Played in San Francisco,...

Re: A Question for You...

Hey folks. I'm sitting here preparing for the ZPZ tour and weaving my memory muscles around all the little black dots. Also tweaking away at the Metropole stuff with a house size pair of tweezers. It will hopefully be out either at the end of this year or the beginning of the next. My plans after t...
