Does anyone have any experience of buying a guitar in London? I'm travelling over to buy a new guitar in September and I was wondering where would be the best place to go. Yeah, it's probably cause of the digital effects on the amp. The Zoom is a great little box for the money, but theres no point in running it with the digital amp. Keep it for the little Peavey and just run your axe straight into the Kustom.

Don't know about that amp specificly but Hughes and Kettner in general are excellent amps from my experience.

Yeah took me ages to get that chord down, but just stick at it and it gets easy.

I have an old Zoom 505II and I still use it. It's a decent sounding unit, through my solid-state Hughes and Kettner, anyway. I can get really cool tones with it. And it has loads of good effects, even a harmoniser. Obviously not the greatest quailty unit ever but for the money it was great. I don't ...
