Have a very happy birthday, my Dads on the 8th.

THank you for all the inspiration and the laughs. Not many people can make me laugh with a guitar. Humour is a very powerful thing to have.

See you on the 28th.

THanks you, Daniel Watson

I love Mike Mangini truly a fantastic drummer, but I will take Virg anyday in any musical setting. The man truly excel's in Jazz-fusion, prog, metal, funk, pop, hip-hop. His combination of technique, musicality, depth of thought-creativity, stylistic diversity and feel is stunning. That and his lov...

I think Steve should make a farewell song ON evo or something of the like. I think salvaging as many parts to transfer onto a new Jem body is a good idea. It all seems bad I know, but it will bring a change in the wind, so we'll see and hear new things we havent heard yet. So it can be a good thing ...

How on earth do you get vibrato at all  I try all the time for ages but it just sounds like I'm choking the guitar :( I do the 'move the wrist and not the guitar' thing but no dice. A...

Strat adventure

Hi guys, everyone here seems to know sooooooo much about guitars and stuff. During the Zappa years, Steve used the Strat his mother bought him for his birthday. To what I understand, its a stock strat. And on the Halloween '81 video I cant see any modifications to his stock vintage trem. He abuses t...
