Re: Carvin Legacy VL100

that's simple: Turn the volume up! The Legacy does need some volume but it's an amazing amp. Don't try to play it at bedroom level. No point. If you do though, turn the amp volume up and use a volume pedal in the FX loop (acts like a master volume) and bring the volume down. Hope that helps 8) LOL ...

Re: does anyone OWN A BAD HORSIE WAH WAH

Still my original Bad Horsie, its beat to shit and keeps on rocking ! love that the wah starts from the bass side, keeps feedback from jumping in when it engages.

Re: Effects pedals popping when turned on and off

All it took was adding a resistor between the input jack and ground (A carvin tech helped me get the right rating) and its all quiet now.

Thanks for the great support even on amps they don't make anymore and getting me the right fix for the issue I was having.

Re: Buying the "same" gear, will not make you sound like Vai

The OP point is not even relevant in any sense. He keeps changing his mind and ends up proving himself wrong a few posts later. He is just trolling to stir things up. Maybe a moderator will block his account and be done with this crap. He has not posted one good things yet. I just looked over every ...

Re: Effects pedals popping when turned on and off

Its a popping when I press the switches on the effects pedals. Sends a huge pop through the system and out to the main speaker. Its a TC Chorus and Delay. I love the tone of the TC stuff mostly. True bypass was never a reason I got the pedals. Gforce would be nice but that more than I think I am goi...

Effects pedals popping when turned on and off

I have a Legacy I amp and i do love the tone and having the delay and chorus in the effects loop sounds so much better but.... every time I switch the pedals on or off I get this huge popping through the effects loop. I have True bypass TC electronics pedals and they are brand new and brand new cabl...

Legacy I Effects loop Question (Solved)

Got a used Legacy I today, love the tone and it's an amazing amp for what I want to hear. :D I have some TC Electronics pedals and I put the time based pedals in the effects loop. When I have them all off I get a very thin 1/4th of the normal volume coming through and when I engage one of them (any ...
