Hmmmm... For those of you who thought the sound was perfect, where were you sitting? If I'm being completely honest, I was very disappointed with the sound quality of the show. From where I was it was just way too loud. I was in the very center on the front row of the balcony, which is actually a gr...

Dude, awesome find! That's so crazy. It makes me wonder how many other "hidden" things are on vai.com. This is the greatest site.

Yes, the deal is the moving spiritual quality to them. Those songs seem to really connect with a lot of fans in a spiritual way. I can sort of agree with you because they just don't do much for me at this particular point in my life, so they're not as fun as a lot of Steve's other songs. But then ag...

I too have been seeking this elusive setlist for the shows.
Everyone's been talking about how great the shows have been
but I have yet to see a complete setlist. Can anyone help out us
impatient ones?

The only good, focused songs on Sex & Religion were 'Rescue me or bury me' and 'Touching Tongues'. I think the harmonic progressions or chord sequences throughout the album are quite tonally ambitious and they modulate quite frequently, but I feel Vai achieved this style of composing better on late...

Yeah, there's a lot more in that album than I thought initially. Once you get over the fact that it's not a Steve Vai instrumental album is when you really start to hear and understand it. It's truly a great album, just not very popular amongst the shredders, I guess. The solo in "In My Dreams With ...

Since this is apparently a concept album, I'm not bothered by the shorter length. I am hoping it will be similar to a Pink Floyd experience, such as Meddle or Wish You Were Here, both of which are under 50 minutes. Yet when you listen to those albums, it does all seem like one long journey that chan...

So what's your guys' take on K'm Pee Du Wee after listening to the sound clip? I personally think it might be my favorite, as I tend to really attach to these types of Vai songs. It just sounds so pure, so right. And after reading the little bio of the song and hearing Steve's comments, it just seem...
