well, well... but isn't that the great thing about art!? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I for one would like to see Voodoo Acid live. 'Here I am' is a great track from Ultra Zone to open a show - I assume he already did that on the Ultra Zone tour? What about opening a show with the first par...

You can't blame us Mikey - it's only human nature to be nostalgic about the most moving, significant and inspiring moments in our lives - listening to P&W for the first time and seeing Steve in that great era of The Rock Gods is definitely something to celebrate! And just because you celebrate the p...

Interesting you mention that of course he is older now. It's a weird thing when the heroes you had when growing up start to age! A strange thing that we almost expect out heroes to be ageless and remain as they were when we first 'discovered' them - for me, seeing Vai playing at the Expo 92 concert ...

Great idea to play P&W in a live show! A bit like DT have done for a few of their albums! He would have to dust off the old MC Universe Guitars and the P&W boots to make it truly authentic and fun!!! So many great Vai tracks that would be awesome live: Boston Rain Melody Opposites Attract (indulgent...

Rockers have had that guitar for at least a couple of years - I imagine they would take offers! I bought my multi coloured universe from them about 4 years ago and they often used to stock a decent range of Jems. I remember years ago they had both the 90th anniversary Jem and a Jem 10 - they were sn...

He played Flo and Evo last night at the Albert Hall gig. I knows it sounds silly, but would be cool to see Steve use some other guitars sometimes - such as before for instance at the amazing Expo '92 gig where he used the black jem 7 and then the GMC Jem, also at the Ibanez 90th anniversary gig usin...

Spectacular experience at the Zappa extravaganza in the majestic setting of London's Royal Albert Hall!!!!! Dweezil and all the band (esp the other guitar player who was very cool) were in sterling good form and convincingly played through some of Frank's best known works. I was slightly disappointe...

Where to shop for Ibanez guitars in New York City?

Hi everyone!

Happy Chinese New Year of the Dog! :)

I'm visiting New York City for the first time in a couple of weeks. Can anyone advise on cool guitar shops in downtown - ideally with lots of Jems (old and new)!!??

Grateful for your advice,
Jimmy
