I think this is a great idea from the standpoint that very few people listen to what's going on below the lead line. This is often the best part and will be a joy to listen to. The lead line is only a small percentage of the song and its a shame that the rhythm guitars, bass, drums and keyboard are ...

I'm finding it difficult to get the dimensions of this pedal. Is it approx same size as the Boss double pedals? I want to know if it fits easily into a Boss BCB-60 pedal rack/case.

BTW, pedal sounds good but would need to try one out before I'd buy.

Get your hands on the tab book. Steve writes about the album, how it was recorded, what equipment etc. A very good read that would help you a lot if you're writing about P&W.

Absolutely unreal. When I first heard about the violins I wasn't sure but my mind was put at rest during soundcheck. Steve was a true gent as always even though he wasn't well. The show was amazing and this was one of the best times I've seen Steve. Alex is a real complement to Steve's playing. Love...

I'll be there also. Looking forward to meeting some of you all again. BTW, anyone want a aftershow pass. I got one but since I'm going to EVO I'm not gonna bother with meeting the gang after the show. So if your loved one/wife/husband/mistress etc... will be standing no doubt in the pissing rain out...

Got it sorted. Left it with a local guitar guru and he had to add an extra wire from the pot to the tremolo claw. He also re-soldered some of my work so I'd say this was the biggest problem as I'm not the best solderer in the world.

RG Prestige Wiring Issue

My RG came with stock IBZ/DiMarzio's in both neck & bridge (its 2 humbuckers only). I've changed the neck to an Air Norton, and a Tonezone in the bridge. As all pickups had the same wiring scheme since they were all DiMarzio I just replaced the pickups wire for wire. Only problem is that I now have ...

Every ticket you buy for a show have these conditions on it yet Ebay is full of people selling tickets for gain. Its the nature of the beast. Here's an example, my band recently had an album launch. We gave away a free album to the first 10 paying customers. A good friend of mine caught one of the l...

The thread was probably locked cause its currently being discussed here. I can understand your frustration - a lot of us are in the same boat - and unfortunately some of us have missed the boat. I have ordered loads of stuff off vai.com in the past. Never had an issue - its seems like Seenon are at ...

So let me get this straight - if had not won a pass and sold his CD on ebay it would be fine, but because he has been lucky enough to get one with a pass he's an asshole??? I just don't get it. I do disagree with selling the pass for financial gain. Is he being intentionally sneaky and trying to dis...

But he's selling the whole package - not just the pass? I'm not sure if I agree with you. If he was only selling the pass - yes you're right.

Jury is still out at the moment.

Cheers Jeroen, I just read about them on ibanezrules. Seems I'll have to do a bit of routing whether I fit a Backstop or a ESP arming adjuster as the Prestige has a Edge Pro fitted. I watched the video on the TremolNo and I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to fit or to switch between the functions (...

Ibanez Trem Back Stop

I have one of these fitted to my RG custom. I just got a RG Prestige and would like to fit one to it also. I know not everyone likes them but I find they're great for studio work even though I lose some functionality of the floating trem. They're also impossible to come by as Ibanez no longer make t...

Looking inside the cavity of my RG Prestige last night there was a sticker on the trem saying 'Licensed By Floyd Rose'. Its got a Edge Pro trem so must mean Ibanez are still paying Floyd Rose. There must be another reason why they're no longer fitting Low Pro Edge/Edge.

Does anyone know?
