 Has a nerve been touched there? Yes, ofcourse it's just fucking babble! However...if it's turned into something to DO, as indicated, then better informed and factual comments can come from the actuality of experiencing it rather than seeing it as a philosophy of words which are indeed de...

Sit down and get into a comfortable position to play.

Adjust your strap whilst seated so when you stand up it's the same.

How you know something for yourself and the way you go about asking others how you know something will hand your own authority over to another whilst at the same time leave you in doubt about your own ability to just be without others yardsticks.

But hey...what else is theory, right?

So what's the big secret Neewhan? Do you like use your penis to play 'slide' or something? (just kidding) :? Interesting how the word 'big' and 'secret' are stated together. That has been a strategy that most guitarists I meet are seeking. It can presuppose that 'A'~ There's something b...

Hear here! What about just getting along the way we all are and accept each others fascination whether it be shreddies or weetabix? There does seem to be a lot of players who sound almost identical which means there is plenty of room for something uniquely memmorable to happen right now. I have to a...

What I'm saying here Ricardo seems to have been understood by you as a sort of idea to live by or a philosophy of some sort. Well, to be honest, no, that is not what was intended by my postings but is a statement and testimony to how you go about thinking what I meant. These words are not about gett...

Remember...words aren't the things they point to, they are just another part of the representional system. What they point to is not themselves but something the words are not. The map is not the territory! There are many maps for the same terrain. Taking the map as if it were the terrain would inde...

Don't dwell on it and try to put it in a formula Ricardo, or do, if that's how it is for Ricardo. Mental concepting can get you into all sorts of trouble. Especially when you feel it's either right or wrong. And you can't 'abstract' what is now can you? Some may feel feelings are the way forward, ot...

Have you also noticed how a song just pops up in awareness for no apparent reason, then, on investigating the lyrics, it seems to be appropriate to what is happening now!

NeeWhan, I reminise fondly on our lessons. You'll hear from me again, sooner or later. Are you saying that we shouldn't waste time, or merely that we shouldn't worry about wasting time, because in reality time is not being wasted? Do elaborate. :D Time is a mental construct which is simply the thin...
