I love this album!! It ranks as one of my favorite Vai albums. Oddly, when I listen to Vai at work my co-workers who are casual fan or a non-fan(meaning that they are not into that style of music) comment that that is the album they prefer to listen to.

why are Dave's guitars so ugly. I always loved the look of the FTLOG guitar! That would a very cool production model. I always liked the look of the black model with the green pu`s and fret inlays. SLEEK!!

Oh, my picking hand goes south if I take a couple days off. What i found works for me is I take my normal routine a drop it by ten on my trusty metronome.

My favorite to jam to is Still my bleeding heart from the looped backing track version from the Steve Vai-guitar styles and techniques book. It is so much fun to mix up some of the provided licks in the book and my own. I can jam on that for hours!
