I think it was either 2001 or 2002 that he hosted the pre-show, then later on he performed with Nelly Furtado. He always presents awards and he's a member of that Grammy/Recording Academy, so he's always doing something at the Grammys. I saw him on TV in December, I think, for the nomiations ceremony.

What ever happened with Steve and Ozzy for Ozzmosis? What does Steve have to say about having worked with Ozzy? Would he have stayed on full-time with him hadn't Zakk Wylde came back into the mix. I heard that Epic eschewed Steve because he was too "high profile" and was going to take away attention...

I'm guessing only the Korean models are made in the Samick factory, but the Japan models are high end and high quality. (JS, JEM, Prestige, etc.)

It's all a matter a of personal preference. If you like handcrafted guitars with a vintage feel, Gibson's the way to go. But if you want a high-performance instrument, Ibanez is for you. Make sure both pickups are more or less the same height to avoid any major differences in volume. If the bridge is high and the neck is low, you are going to have some distinct differences. And to further take out any uneeded bass, bring your tone control up.
