Jealous? No. I don't like to have music I do not like crammed down my throat. Case in point: A rock station here in Vegas used to play rock. Over the past two years, they've started to play more and more alternative and nu-metal. So now I'm forced to either listen to music I don't like, or look for...

The ultimate truth is that people are jealous that their favorite music isn't made by popular people. It's jealousy that the people who do make alot of money in music are. You'll (and they'll) deny it left and right, but ultimately it's true. And this is why they despise people who like the musician...

i ain't heard the g3's other than johnson and malm. but kenny wayne is not a well versed player. blues is a scaling and chord choice that is innately pleasing to listen to. thus a blues player has a little advantage because the scale itself is tastefull. that said - i've heard all waynes music and h...

There are two major alterations one may choose to make on the fretboard. 1. scalloping 2. fret filing. The actual result and reasoning behind doing them is often misunderstood. 1. When you press down a note on a normal guitar, the limiting factor is the fretboard, you can't push further than it. Sca...

First off, do you think I care if you're "convinced"? Secondly, what the hell are you talking about, it's a tuner - it tunes. Thirdly, you really out to take the time to DO YOUR RESEARCH before acting like a jerk and trying to start problems...... http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/sid=031207093626...

Tabs - That's great bub. So get a strobe tuner. But I doubt he's looking in that price range.......I meant in your average person price range. There are tuners that literally cost 5 thousand dollars that will not only tune your guitar for you, but correct for the poor tuning system of the guitar so ...

No shit.

Like I said, these Brazilians seem to be simultaneously digressing.

See how you specifically didn't even bother to read what I said, and immediately ranted about me being wrong? It's a pretty dammed straightforward statement. Quit starting crap....

Big. Lemme say what I said again, to help ya. If you are going to buy a tuner, you absolutely should get a needle tuner. Needle tuners are WAY more accurate than any other type of tuner, this is why professionals, studios, techies, luthiers, and guitar teachers use them. You are asking about experie...

I would HIGHLY NOT recommend you attempt to solder based upon any information you get ANYWHERE on the internet. Judging by your understanding, you should definetely have a professional do this, and not yourself. It isn't something most guitar players do themselves, and I surely would not do it MYSEL...
