When you're biulding strength (e.g. weight lifting), then your muscles will become stronger, but slower. I don't know whether you can apply this to finger muscles, though...

You're correct, Bakerman. According to the drums, that's how to subdivide it. And yes, it's 11/8 (that's what I can hear, and the official tab says it, too).
I made a little guitar pro jam track with this rhythm, and it's REALLY odd to find a groove there :?
