Wow! That guitar is scary looking! :o Very nice guitar... it's sure a workstation alright. I thought my 7-string was quite a workload with the GK-2 on it... But I think you win here. :) Here's a pic of mine http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y49/cinematographer11/Other%20Pics/445e2b8e.jpg The pic is p...

Yeah, a refret job could work. I didn't know that it was cheaper to do that than getting a new neck. I'll let my friend know about that. If he decides to go with the neck swap...would the difference of thickness between the neck on his RG320 (I'm assuming it's a Wizard II) and the Prestige neck (Wiz...

Yeah, that's what I thought. My friend said that the frets are pretty worn and doesn't feel that great. I guess he could just get a new guitar. The neck is a very costly part of the guitar... mind as well buy a new guitar. I think one reason he wouldn't give up the guitar is that he had a Dimarzio E...

Ibanez neck question

Hey all, My friend has an Ibanez RG320 and he wants to replace the neck of the guitar. He was wondering if it is possible to bolt on a high end neck like a prestige neck onto the guitar. I assume it is absolutely possible as long as it is the same scale, same number of frets (24), 6-string dimention...

I did take the screws out briefly and I didn't notice any problems with the screw holes being to wide... it's hard to tell. I also noticed that both screws (on both sides) are a little loose. I figured that they are supposed to be a bit loose since the pedal switch needs to swing freely for the peda...

Problems with my BOSS stompbox... loose pedal switch. Help!

I recently purchased the BOSS GE-7 Equalizer and I really love the diversity this pedal has when it comes to tone shaping. I have no problem with the functions at all. However, I noticed that the pedal switch part of the unit is loose at the upper right-hand corner... that's where the INPUT is label...

Now I'm thinking of getting one myself. This sounds like it could really help me improve my messy/solid state/digital sound. Are there any sound clips of the actual Sonic Stomp? I heard the demos on the site but those were specifically for the rack units. I just wanted to hear how the Sonic Maximize...

That video is so awesome! That's some of the craziest ukulele playing I've seen in a while. :o I have a baritone ukulele and I like to pull off some cool so-called "shredding" licks on it... like tapping, sweeps, tremelo picking, ect. but this guy owns me! I would never beat on the strings tha...

Awesome, thanks! I did in fact noticed that stompbox... I was browsing earlier and found out about it. I'll probably test the Sonic Stomp very soon. It seems to be pretty beneficial.
So, it would go between my GNX3 multi-effects unit and my amp right?

I'll check it out! 8)

Sorry, I really don't know much about the amp. But you got me interested in that BBE Sonic Maximizer DI-100 in your other thread... so I wanted to ask about it here. Do you recommend yours or should I look for the newer ones (if there are any)? Are some outdated/discontinued? Are there any pedals/bo...

Nice equipment! Those girls are very sexy! 8) I'm jealous.
I also like the disco ball too.

What does the BBE Sonic Maximizer DI-100 do? I'm just curious.

Cheers!

I have an RG1527 7-string with just two pickups... A Blaze Custom (bridge) and and Air Norton-7 (neck). I have it wired basically the same as the stock setup. Even though it has 2 pickups, it still has 5 positions. Neck Bridge 1. OO II 2. ()() II 3. OO OO 4. IO OI 5. II OO O = active I = inactive ()...

heres a cool trick : rapidly press the strings between the strings with the left hand while raising the whammy bar with the right hand, sounds like a ufo taking off! What does "press the strings between the strings" means ? Acutally, I think he meant to say rapidly press the strings between the pic...
