i´d like to hear all these pedals tested dry. something in me just does not believe steve played there with nothing else connected to his Carvins than this pedal.

either way i´m gonna try it out anyway, it looks & sounds pretty cool. :)

got the album today, only halfway through atm but it´s quite good. i believe it will still grow on me. i don´t really like the Aerosmith influence they have on this album but mostly it´s the usual Nuno groove which never sucks!

i can´t get paulvsgodzilla nor Bultaco Saturno out of my head! they´re just phenomenal.

btw try and play the intro riff to Norwegian cowbell when you´re surrounded by some people. they always go "wow that sounds SWEET! what is it/is that your own riff?" which i find quite amusing.

get some rhythm charts and teach them how to read rhythms. even sight reading isn´t that important. every musician must be able to at least read the rhythms. off: i really enjoy teaching too as long as the student is motivated and pays attention. nothing is more annoying than you giving your 110% tr...

Mikko Salovaara from Kiuas (http://www.kiuas.net/index2.php) is definitely one of my favorites. also the other guitarist in the video, Mr. Crab is pretty damn talented. you may know him from the infamous Born to shred series. http://youtube.com/watch?v=6yA-NtqXOAw yet still, no matter what you say, ...

i never said anything about Kirk being even a decent lead player, go figure what i meant when i said dave is a kirk ripoff....

and i do know my megadeth. marty´s solo stuff is just a lot more interesting. dave just does the 17p15p14 etc stuff all the time.

i love internet battles.

yeah but when you´re listening to say the album version of Hangar 18 you can tell when there´s a true master soloing (Marty) and the kirk hammett ripoff (mustaine). mustaine is i guess an ok thrash metal soloist but other than that...no. just no. mustaine played awesome solos in Hangar 18 and kirk ...
