Thank you.. But there aren't any other stomb-boxes that might create the same sound?

Thank you, but as far as I can see he doesn't use any overdive/distortion pedals at all. So, if he only use the amp-head, are there any pedals that sounds close to his Laney sound?

Paul Gilbert's tone

I know what gear Gilbert uses, and I believe his distortion comes straight out from his Laney GH100L, but are there any other pedals that might achieve just about the same sound?

Korg tuner with O/D effect

Hi. My guitar teacher was ill, and therefore I had a substitute this day. He had a rather big Korg tuner with him, and it was white and a little greyish. The best was that when he mounted it to the amp it had just the best overdrive I have heard... With a little sense of delay, fantastic. Does anyon...

Marshall Bluesbreaker II samples

Does anyone have this effect? I haven't heard it nor played it yet because they don't have it in stock in my nearest musicshop. It would be wonderful if you could send me some sound-samples or a link to where I can find some. And one more question, is it quite the same as a BOSS Blues Driver BD-2 co...

do you change the strings only if they are broken or when they won't be so good as at the beginnming?? Well, I also change them when they start to get worse than in the beginning, but mostly when one breakes. My fingers don't sweat really, so it takes time before the strings get worse. I think it's...

I use D'Addario .010 to .046. Find them more comfortable than .009 inches. The 9's are way to soft  Usually change them when one burst (mainly the E string). About each month or every second.
