add another spring, which you can buy at a music depot or georges music, pretty much any music store. But before that, the space between your metal piece the screws are attached to should have about a centimeter or two space from the body, so it should be pretty tight. If it's on a peice of plastic like a pickguard or a cover on the back, you can either get it lamenated, or put clear coat gloss or varnish over it.

If it's too high in the air just open the back and tighten the two screws holding in the springs. Also make sure you have at least 3 springs. If it's too low into the body just loosen the two screws.
