As a pre-requisite to learning For the Love of God you must do the following: 1. Wander the desert for 15 years living on only rotten carrot juice. 2. Loose all your immediate family in a plane crash which landed on your apartment building. 3. Live with the wolves of the New England forests for 12-...

alienillusions - here's something to think about: What kind of a person dislikes something so much and then spends all their time heaping shit on it and starting arguments about it here? Obviously someone with issues and/or too much time on their hands. Grow up and stop littering this discussion wi...

I have the tommy angelo DVD, and, it's not the great. Some parts are slightly innacurate compared to powertab. But, has anyone check this out? http://www.musicroom.com/se/ID_No/096292/top/songlist/details.html[url] It features Guthrie Govan. Wow, now that is one I'd likely get...especially since it...

Hmm, I wonder why those that don't like becker, or consider him a "wank" are still checking out responses to their so special mature opinions, in THIS thread. We can all have an opinion? Why that is so great. Here is mine. Becker played YO YO and eruption/spanish fly at the same time. A little trib...

Fuck, alienillusion, your opinion was never asked, don't waste space. Thanks for the tab. To be fair, neither was yours. Give alienillusion a break, he can dislike Becker if he wants. Fair do's, hes got awesome technique, but he just isn't my taste. I don't think he has the phrasing that Vai/Satch/...

Here's Andy Aledort's professional opinion on a Strat's intonation, "Stratocasters can never really in tune everywhere on the fretboard---if you get your open-string "cowboy" chords in tune, fretted chords high on the neck will be slightly out. This is a fact of life with Strats." It's true, Strats...

I've heard SG's are horrible at staying in tune and I've owned a Strat, (the SRV sig), and the intonation sucks on those....What's the best type? String through body style guitars? And what's the best brand name guitar with the best sustain and/or tuning stability?....I need a quality non-signature ...
