Funny Coincidence
I was watching the show The Oblongs tonight and noticed something kind of cool. http://youtube.com/watch?v=Zyhc1qbglzc Sorry it's in spanish, it's the only clip I could find of the episode. If you fast forward to 8:30, the boy runs up to his extraterrestrial neighbors house and rings her doorbell. L...

I remember reading an interview a couple years ago where steve said he wants to make the next RI continuation a more "natural" sounding album. There no doubt that Reflections was ultra "spacey". He also said he wanted it to be more vocal than any of his other albums. I wish I could remember where I ...

I own the BH2 and the Crybaby and personally I prefer the BH2 only because I like smooth wah opposed to the crybaby's...almost too harsh wah. Although the Crybaby is nice sometimes when you want really extreme wahs ex: if you were gonna cover voodoo child. I would recommend buying both!...... but if...

I have it in mp3...I could host it somewhere and put a link up but I think it would be removed if I did. I guess I would need a moderators permission?

Re: Composing!!!
I've tried to do this before, but I never really like the final result, if I just finished my song, I like it very much, after a few days/weeks I think "meh" and after a month or so I think "wow, did I write this crap? All that means is that your evolving into a better musician. Your brain two mont...

Here's an old topic about the tapping section: http://vai.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=15607 And here's an "excerpt" that I put on there: It's not a hard song at all. I know this sounds dumb but trust me. *Learn Building the Church tapping section in one sitting!* 1. Sit down with your guitar and get ...

Who cares.
All the artists listed above are great, stop contradicting everything.
Instead of arguing about it why not spend time getting better at it.

I use Fruity Loops also but not for drum tracks. I find it extremely difficult to create decent sounding drum loops on that thing...All the drum sounds are mediocre at best and creating the actual drum beat can be very tedious. Is there a certain way you make drum tracks on FL jeckyl5? I usually use...
