| Jackson Electric Guitar No Serial Number Very similar to Steve's 'Steve Eye' yellow Jackson guitar, this particular guitar has a toggle switch for switching pickups instead of a 5-way selector, and two humbucking pickups, instead of one humbucking pickup and two single-coils. The black tape in this photo is actually a makeshift wrist-rest, which keeps Steve's picking hand elevated from the body of the guitar, preventing it from resting on the bridge and making picking easy and more ergonomic. Steve no longer uses these wrist-rests, but they were commonly found on his guitars from 1982 through 1986. This particular Jackson is in storage. |
